Firearm Purchases: Online: you will need to provide the FFL name and phone number of your choice for it to be shipped. Firearms WILL ONLY be shipped to a FFL. Before purchasing/shipping, it is your responsibility to check and ensure the firearm is fully compliant with your current local laws and regulations. Once the product is shipped to the FFL of your choice there is no refund for denial on background check.

In-store: once the transfer has been completed all firearms sales are final. There will be no refund or exchange after the transfer has been completed.

All used firearms are sold AS IS. Firearms are subject to warranty policies, no returns or exchanges are allowed.

Suppressors: will follow the same policies as Firearms. The transfer of a suppressor to an individual will not be completed until the SOT has been approved and received.

Ammunition purchases are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Accessories: refunds and exchanges are at our discretion. A refund may include 25% of the purchase restock fee and/or no return on a deposit. Any return requests will only be entertained within 30 days of purchase.

All shipping on returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
